*DON’T FORGET YOUR MOMMA!  Student Council is sponsoring a 'Don't Forget Your Momma' fundraiser to support Care for a Cure and Breast Cancer Research/Awareness. During lunches on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, students can buy flowers and candy for their mother, all while supporting a good cause. Flowers will be ready for pickup on Thursday and Friday this week and also during lunches.


*JOIN STUDENT COUNCIL! For any 9th -11th grade students interested in joining JHS Student Council next school year, please complete the following application form in order to be on the ballot for voting in a couple weeks.

*GIRLS TENNIS PRE-SEASON MEETING:  All players interested in Girls Tennis are invited to a pre-season meeting on Monday, May 18th at 3:00 PM in Room C19. We’ll be meeting the coaches, sharing summer playing opportunities, and opening it up for a Q&A session.

*CROOKED QUILL RELEASE PARTY TONIGHT:  Celebrate the launch of The Crooked Quill, Jefferson’s Literary/Arts magazine, on Thursday, April 30 at 6:30 PM in the JHS Media Center. The event features student readings, art presentations, and guest author and former Bloomington teacher Matthew Eicheldinger. You can purchase this year’s magazine and enjoy delicious food throughout the evening.
