*MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS WEEK IS NEXT WEEK:

Monday, 4/14: Gratitude Day (fill out green slips during period 1)

Tuesday, 4/15: Wear green (in support of mental health awareness)

Wednesday, 4/16: (ACT Day)

Thursday, 4/17: Comfort (PJ) Day

Friday, 4/18: No school - get some rest and do something that fills your bucket!

All week: coloring contest (pages in the media center)


*PROM REGISTRATION: Juniors and Seniors! It’s time to get registered for Prom tickets. The deadline to reserve your ticket is 3 PM on Wednesday, May 7. You will need to fill out the registration before you will be allowed to pay for and pick up your ticket from the main office. See the posters in the school for more information. Follow this link, use the QR code posted outside of the main office, or go on the JHS website to get registered.


*PROM GUEST FORMS:  Juniors and Seniors, if you are planning to bring an outside guest to prom you will need to fill out a DANCE GUEST FORM (found in the main office). Deadline for guest submissions is 3PM on Wednesday, May 7. It takes at least 24 hours to process your guest request, so don’t delay!


*HOW ABOUT A CAREER IN EDUCATION? If you’re interested in learning more about being a PK-12 teacher, sign up on Naviance to attend a career speaker meeting scheduled for Thursday, April 24 during ASEM.
