*TRIMESTER 3 PARKING: If you have registered for your Tri 3 parking permit, be sure to pick it up in the main office as soon as possible. Permits need to be displayed in your car starting the first day of the trimester.

*END OF THE DAY INFORMATION: Students, final exams for today will be finished at 12:15 and you are free to leave the building at that time. An optional lunch will be served for students beginning at 12:15. If you are riding your bus home, please note that buses will depart Jefferson at 12:45. Watch the clocks carefully so that you don’t miss your bus. Also, be aware that the building will be closing at 1:00 today unless you are involved in an adult-supervised activity. Students waiting for a ride will need to wait in Flag Hall by the main entrance.

*CONGRATULATIONS to the JETS Adapted Soccer Team who qualified for the state tournament yesterday with an 8-4 win over Tartan. Thank you for representing Jefferson so well!

*CONGRATULATIONS to the Jefferson Speech Team finalists from the Eastview Tournament: Kailey Tan, Amelia Busse, Kehan Chen, and Sorin Czoschke. Great job, speech team!

*CONGRATULATIONS to the Jefferson Show Choirs and Show Band for their triumphant end to a great season. On Saturday, Jive took home its third 2nd place trophy, and for only the 2nd time in 10 years, Connection made finals in every competition in a given season. Way to represent Jefferson!

If you’re interested in a paid summer internship opportunity that will look great on your college applications, you can apply by using the posted QR code. Applications are due by March 3. *JHS BAND POPS CONCERT: Join the Jefferson Bands tonight, Feb. 22, as they present their annual POPS concert. This year’s theme is Journey Through Space and will feature the 4 school bands, 2 jazz bands, student group performances, and student MC’s. The concert begins at 6:30 in the school auditorium. *HOMEWORK HELP: There are 5 school days until finals! Take advantage of JHS Drop-In after school to receive help with your assignments, studying, planning, and more. As a reminder, Drop-In is not open on the days we have finals, so plan accordingly.
